Although Gujarati food is typically vegetarian, our kitchen also serves a non-vegetarian selection, including delectable barbequed delights. However, vegetarians can take comfort in the fact that the hotel has separate kitchens for both. Our chefs have also handpicked select international dishes to create a complete multi-cuisine menu that caters to diverse palates.

For the health conscious, there’s our Active Foods menu, which ensures you don't compromise on healthy eating even while travelling. Made of the choicest locally-sourced ingredients, wholesome multi grains and unprocessed whole grains, each dish is a powerhouse of energising nutrients and antioxidants that keep you fuelled through the longest days.
